I agree that I am required to give 3 weeks notice as per the enrolment form, whether or not my child leaves earlier than the 3 weeks. Please note that a 4 week notice is required over Christmas closure as per enrolment form. I agree that Nicky's Kids Town will refund any credit, should there be any, after 4 -5 weeks after this notice is given, to allow for any Child care Benefit shortfalls and Cessation
